Collaborate with banks, product, and engineering to support delivery, testing (SIT/UAT), production readiness, and change management across clearing and settlement.

Lead and mentor a 10-15 engineer product team to deliver scalable, API-first platforms. Own end-to-end module delivery, promote CI/CD and automation, enforce performance, security, observability, and partner with Product to translate requirements into technical designs.

Build, test, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs and RAG. Develop REST APIs and microservices, implement ingestion, preprocessing, and indexing pipelines, integrate cloud and LLM providers, evaluate model performance, and follow CI/CD, testing, and observability best practices.

Lead platform product strategy and roadmap for a payments platform. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and operations to prioritize backlog, enforce NFRs, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize infrastructure and platform performance, and communicate platform capabilities to stakeholders.

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise AI platforms and products. Define AI standards, drive GenAI adoption, build scalable MLOps and observability, mentor engineers, and guide technical strategy.
