Perform functional quality assurance for complex payment-processing flows, validating end-to-end transactions, integrations, financial accuracy, and global payment standards. The role requires payment-domain expertise, automation and API testing experience, Agile methodology knowledge, Linux and database familiarity, and strong communication skills.

Own and drive key software delivery initiatives for a payments platform. Coordinate product owners, architects, and scrum teams to meet timelines and quality goals, align development with business objectives, manage shifting priorities, and maintain high team motivation and low attrition.

Lead end-to-end business analysis for payments solutions, translating business requirements into functional specs, message mappings, and user stories aligned to ISO 20022. Collaborate with banks, product, and engineering to support delivery, testing (SIT/UAT), production readiness, and change management across clearing and settlement.
