Supports end-to-end processing of 4–5 APAC and EMEA payrolls, including validation, reconciliations, variance analysis, controls, reporting, dashboards, vendor coordination, and issue resolution. Provides backup across payrolls and supports Project Elevate through parallel runs, system testing, data validation, defect tracking, process documentation, and go-live activities. Uses Excel and Microsoft 365 tools to analyze payroll data and improve reporting and operational processes.

Design, develop, and implement enterprise AEM applications using Java, HTL, Sling Models, OSGi, and related technologies. Build multilingual, multisite, and multichannel publishing solutions; configure AEM Cloud Service, Dispatcher, and deployment pipelines; integrate CRM, analytics, and headless APIs; optimize performance and security; conduct code reviews; mentor developers; and participate in Agile delivery. The role also involves modernization, testing, CI/CD, and applying AI coding assistants to improve software development productivity.
