Lead enterprise-scale SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central transformations, including system migrations, configuration overhauls, architecture, data modeling, integrations, testing, deployment, and lifecycle enhancements. Serve as the technical authority while aligning HR technology solutions with business objectives and enterprise standards. The role requires active Employee Central certification, at least five years of specialized experience, and on-site work in Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.

Manage non-production SAP SuccessFactors environments, including refresh cycles, validation, troubleshooting, availability, and data obfuscation. Ensure test datasets protect personal information and comply with privacy expectations. Collaborate with Product Owners and senior leadership, communicate environment status and security measures, and present technical updates clearly. The role requires at least five years of HR technology or systems administration experience and expertise in SuccessFactors, Workday, or a comparable enterprise HR platform.

Manage end-to-end change and release processes for SAP SuccessFactors, including biannual update impact assessments, stakeholder collaboration, implementation planning, feature prioritization, and presentation of system changes. The role requires strong enterprise software change management expertise, communication skills, on-site availability in select Indian cities, general-shift flexibility, and potential relocation.
