Leads project-site business administration, customer relations, civil and structural works, mechanical and electrical erection, testing, commissioning, plant handover, safety, quality, materials, procurement, scheduling, resource mobilization, billing, and stakeholder coordination. Prepares installation documentation and schedules, monitors participant progress through job placement, coordinates equipment and supplies, and supports the project manager in delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Leads business development and order booking for C&I solar EPC projects across Western India. Responsibilities include building qualified pipelines, managing the complete sales cycle, developing client relationships, preparing and negotiating techno-commercial proposals, navigating open-access opportunities, tracking market intelligence, maintaining CRM accuracy, and coordinating with design, commercial, statutory-clearance, and execution teams through PO handover.

Manages project sites as the primary customer and company representative. Oversees civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical work; testing, commissioning, performance testing, and plant handover. Coordinates contractors, labor, equipment, materials, procurement, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, security, administration, billing, and inventory. Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly work plans, monitors progress, develops corrective actions, supports solar installation documentation and scheduling, and provides administrative support to the project manager.
