Mentors engineers, guides architectural decisions, manages stakeholders and delivery metrics, and drives scalable, reliable, maintainable platforms for store fulfillment.

Lead user-centered design for homepage, navigation, and event experiences. Conduct user research, synthesize insights, produce interaction designs and prototypes, run usability tests, document design patterns and accessibility, align solutions with business goals, and mentor team members to improve ecommerce customer engagement and performance.
