Build AI- and GenAI-powered platform capabilities, automation, observability, and self-healing systems for Walmart Data Ventures. Own service reliability, scalability, SLOs, incident response, monitoring, and deployment practices across cloud-native distributed systems. Establish SRE standards, reduce operational toil and incident volume, improve customer support through intelligent automation, and drive the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and debugging.

The role owns service reliability, scalability, SLOs, alerting, distributed tracing, deployment automation, production monitoring, and debugging while establishing SRE standards and improving customer support through automation.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native platform capabilities and ML-integrated applications. Oversee full SDLC, architecture, reliability, CI/CD, observability, and incident response. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to support high-availability distributed fulfillment systems.
