Build and maintain scalable React web applications and secure backend systems using Python or Node.js and AWS. Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs, optimize SQL and NoSQL data solutions, manage CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, and uphold testing and code-quality practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, troubleshoot complex challenges, and contribute to continuous technology and process improvements.

Lead 0-to-1 product development for clients by conducting discovery, defining product strategy and roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, managing agile delivery, and communicating with founders and stakeholders. Partner with design and engineering teams on AI-enabled products, translate ambiguous objectives into testable hypotheses and deliverables, manage scope and timelines, and guide clients toward effective product decisions.

Lead the HR function and a team of 2–3 HR executives. Develop and execute people strategies covering recruitment, performance management, engagement, learning and development, compensation, compliance, onboarding, and employee experience. Partner with leadership on organizational design, talent planning, team health, and culture while improving HR systems and operational quality. The role requires strategic judgment, independent execution, hands-on leadership, and experience in IT services environments.
