Own the activation and onboarding roadmap for Wingify’s Commerce products, taking enterprise customers from signed contract to first measurable value. Lead technical integrations, catalog onboarding, data structuring, configuration, activation KPIs, funnel optimization, and integration reliability. Partner with Engineering, Data, GTM, and customer-facing teams to simplify onboarding through self-service, automation, and AI capabilities such as catalog mapping, natural-language configuration, and proactive troubleshooting.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers, guiding onboarding, experimentation programs, conversion-rate optimization, training, issue resolution, and retention efforts. Build strong customer relationships, translate analytics into actionable strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and reduce churn. The role requires customer-facing experience, CRO and digital marketing knowledge, SaaS understanding, Google Analytics familiarity, strong communication, and analytical skills.

Lead backend and data-platform architecture while remaining hands-on with Java production code. Design and operate distributed systems for event ingestion, analytical querying, data processing, and low-latency serving. Work with ClickHouse, BigQuery, Bigtable, Kafka, Redis, GCP, and Dataflow to solve scalability, reliability, performance, and data-correctness challenges. Set technical direction, review designs, mentor engineers, and guide platform convergence across Wingify and AB Tasty.
