Lead administration of the Xactly Incent platform supporting global sales compensation plans. Configure plans, manage integrations, monitor data and calculation accuracy, oversee approvals and payroll submissions, resolve disputes, maintain documentation, produce reports, support upgrades, and improve processes. Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and business teams while providing training, end-user support, and guidance on incentive compensation best practices.

Develops and configures Xactly sales compensation capabilities, including incentive plans, workflows, custom applications, integrations, analytics, and deployments. Partners with Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve commission operations, data governance, security, and platform adoption. Provides advanced technical support, leads solution development across Xactly instances, manages releases, and supports strategic projects that improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Reviews and audits electronic legal invoices for compliance with billing guidelines, verifies UTBMS codes, adjusts improper charges, and documents decisions. The role analyzes legal service agreements, supports quality assurance and reconsideration reviews, conducts performance analysis, develops procedures, mentors analysts, and collaborates with AI decision-science teams to improve legal billing tools.
