Leads enterprise analytics and BI initiatives by architecting Power BI dashboards, standardizing KPIs, automating reporting, and analyzing complex datasets. Builds and deploys machine learning and generative AI solutions for forecasting, financial reporting, document insights, and chatbot support. Partners with finance, data engineering, and cross-functional teams to improve data governance, deliver strategic insights, mentor analysts, and promote data literacy.

Maintain and improve availability, disaster recovery, change and release processes. Build and manage DevOps pipelines, IaC (Terraform), containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring, and automation. Support cloud (AWS/Azure) operations, troubleshoot service issues, document procedures, and participate in technology evaluations and deployments.

Develop and maintain identity and access management solutions and business-specific configurations. Translate IAM requirements and UX designs into coded solutions using reusable components, collaborating with architects, technical leads, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, and product teams. Produce configuration and code artifacts through continuous delivery, document solutions, support change requests, and work with external customers. The role requires IAM protocol expertise, Java and web development skills, Unix experience, Agile collaboration, and occasional after-hours or on-call availability.
