Provide intermediate Azure infrastructure support: troubleshoot VMs, storage, networking, identity (Azure AD), monitor/respond to alerts, fulfill service requests, manage tickets/SLA, escalate complex issues, assist with M365 user tasks, and follow ITIL processes while contributing documentation and process improvements.

Responds to customer requests involving quotes, orders, product information, and tracking. Manages assigned accounts, OEM product knowledge, supply sources, partner registration, configurations, promotions, rebates, upselling, and order reports. Builds relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while supporting, mentoring, and onboarding sales operations employees. Requires strong communication, organization, accuracy, urgency, adaptability, multitasking, and willingness to continue learning.

Manage and support professional services partner relationships in India: vet partners, assist with partner quotes and SOW negotiations, handle escalations and deactivations, ensure India-specific compliance, and evangelize the partner program across the region.
