Provide intermediate Azure infrastructure support: troubleshoot VMs, storage, networking, identity (Azure AD), monitor/respond to alerts, fulfill service requests, manage tickets/SLA, escalate complex issues, assist with M365 user tasks, and follow ITIL processes while contributing documentation and process improvements.

Manage and support professional services partner relationships in India: vet partners, assist with partner quotes and SOW negotiations, handle escalations and deactivations, ensure India-specific compliance, and evangelize the partner program across the region.

Provide Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365 and Windows endpoint/server environments, resolving incidents and service requests within SLAs, monitoring systems, managing tickets and escalations, supporting identity and endpoint security, documenting resolutions, and collaborating with Tier 1/3 and vendors while following ITIL processes.
