Oversees multisite technology deployments and builds customer and stakeholder relationships while ensuring successful, profitable execution.

Own the Qualtrics CX platform supporting a multi-organization Voice of Customer program. Build and manage surveys, digital intercepts, workflows, dashboards, integrations, and custom applications. Administer CX data architecture, ETL operations, relational data governance, consent management, and API-based data flows across Qualtrics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Fabric, and analytics tools. Troubleshoot production issues, lead QA and deployment monitoring, and advise stakeholders as the Qualtrics platform subject matter expert.

Develop, support and maintain Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP technical solutions for Finance modules. Build PL/SQL packages, reports, data models, and integrations; troubleshoot production issues; participate in testing, documentation, and cloud/patch updates while collaborating with analysts and senior developers.
