Lead and grow a programmatic team within the Global Operations Centre, ensuring high-quality DV360/TrueView campaign execution, enforcing platform best practices, managing people, supporting capacity planning, and serving as escalation point for regional teams.

Manage and launch paid search campaigns across Google, Bing and Amazon; ensure campaign compliance and data accuracy; produce daily pacing reports; oversee 2-5 direct reports and QA junior team members.

Lead and train a local programmatic team, enforce DV360/TrueView best practices, ensure consistent high-quality delivery to regional GOC teams, own escalations, manage capacity and resources, and provide coaching and career development.
