Design, develop, test, configure, and validate software implementation solutions. Perform functional and sanity testing, root-cause analysis, JIRA ticket triage, and create documentation, FreeMarker templates, shell scripts, and DB queries. Collaborate with implementation consultants, PMs, engineering, and support teams while handling multiple implementation projects and client-facing activities.

Designs, develops, tests, integrates, documents, and maintains Java full-stack software solutions. Performs debugging, root cause analysis, code reviews, and software enhancements focused on functionality, scalability, performance, and quality. Contributes to Agile development processes, recommends technical improvements, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and assists less experienced staff.

Provide mid-level technical support by troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, managing support tickets to meet SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, improving support processes, and delivering training to junior staff. Support multiple Zebra products and use AI-driven tools to diagnose and resolve problems.
