Own and develop Zendesk's core User model at scale. Design and implement backend features, collaborate with tech leads, product and design, triage customer issues, provide production support, improve observability/performance/security, run code reviews and pairing, and mentor engineers. Work primarily in Ruby on Rails with MySQL/Redis in a hybrid Pune-based role (3 days in office).
