Lead requirements elicitation and translate complex business needs into functional specifications for CRM solutions. Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to design Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service solutions, support Agile ceremonies, facilitate UAT, perform impact analysis, and drive process improvements within manufacturing and service operations.

Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server applications across SIT/UAT/PROD/DR. Manage Microsoft SQL Server (DB/user management, tuning, scripts), IIS deployments, MSMQ and integration components. Handle service accounts, Active Directory, firewall rules, SFTP connectivity. Produce installation guides, migration runbooks, and technical documentation. Troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues and communicate with clients.

Design, implement, and maintain Adobe Experience Platform solutions including XDM schemas, data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, RT-CDP and Journey Optimizer integrations to enable segmentation, personalization, audience activation, and platform governance.
