Supports contract intake, validation, and translation into SAP customer project, WBS, and billing structures. Maintains billing plans, records, audit trails, exception logs, and setup trackers while collaborating with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal. Reviews contract terms, identifies issues, supports operational reporting, and ensures compliance with SOPs, governance standards, and revenue recognition processes including ASC 606 and IFRS 15.

Provides first-level technical support to employees and clients worldwide through phone, email, chat, and remote access. Troubleshoots Windows and Mac systems, applications, hardware, networking, VPN, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, file access, software installation, and Intune issues. Tracks and follows up on tickets, escalates issues to L2 teams, handles administrative tasks, and supports additional projects in a 24/7 environment.

Administer and support AWS cloud and Windows Server environments, including monitoring, patching, vulnerability remediation, security hardening, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, automation with PowerShell, documentation, and infrastructure modernization or migration initiatives.
