Lead customer architecture discovery and workshops for complex Zscaler Professional Services engagements. Advise sales teams, design multi-product Statements of Work, estimate level of effort, validate technical feasibility, mitigate risks, and support customer zero-trust deployments. Facilitate handoffs to implementation teams, govern scoping, and enable sales through product workshops and deal triage. The role requires deep cybersecurity and network infrastructure expertise, strong technical communication, and 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles.

Build and maintain advanced threat detections and hunting logic across AWS and cloud infrastructures. Develop Python-based tooling, YAML and Sigma-like rules, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automated playbooks, and scalable data workflows using Hadoop, Athena, and data lakes. Apply threat research, MITRE ATT&CK, and detection engineering practices to improve security visibility. The role includes operational support, weekend night shifts, and on-call rotations.

Owns a cybersecurity detection coverage area, including backlog prioritization, technical direction, detector design, implementation, code reviews, tuning, and performance measurement. The role improves detection fidelity, ATT&CK coverage, false-positive reduction, and regression prevention while translating threat intelligence, threat hunting, and SOC feedback into roadmap priorities. It requires deep expertise in at least one detection domain and hands-on detector-as-code development with version control and controlled deployment.
