Design, build, and maintain scalable Node.js backend services and RESTful APIs. Participate in architecture, code reviews, database schema optimization (Postgres/MongoDB), integrate microservices and third-party APIs, ensure security/performance, write tests, troubleshoot production incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Manage daily customer interactions across social media and email, escalate/resolve complex queries, report weekly on feedback and defects, build engagement handbook, and coordinate replacement stock send-outs.

Identify and evaluate global micro/macro influencers (primarily Instagram), build and maintain an influencer database, use Google Drive/Excel/Outlook for research and data upkeep, and support the influencer marketing team with organized, timely insights.

Support commercial teams to drive growth by researching and qualifying retail buyers and distributors, executing personalized outreach campaigns, maintaining contact databases, tracking outreach performance, and handing over warm leads to commercial executives.
