Provide in-house IP counsel focused on design rights, trademarks, copyrights and patents; advise product, marketing and commercial teams on IP ownership, clearance, licensing and protection; draft and negotiate IP and commercial contracts; coordinate with external counsel; support prosecution and litigation; develop IP policies and provide internal training.

Identify and evaluate global micro/macro influencers (primarily Instagram), build and maintain an influencer database, use Google Drive/Excel/Outlook for research and data upkeep, and support the influencer marketing team with organized, timely insights.

Support commercial teams to drive growth by researching and qualifying retail buyers and distributors, executing personalized outreach campaigns, maintaining contact databases, tracking outreach performance, and handing over warm leads to commercial executives.
