Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to understand architectural concepts and design intent.
- Create detailed 3D models of architectural structures and spaces using Blender.
- Develop high-quality textures, materials, and lighting setups for realistic renderings.
- Produce 3D visualisations to showcase various design options for client presentations and internal discussions.
- Ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and project requirements in all models.
- Optimize 3D models for performance without compromising accuracy or quality.
- Contribute ideas and improvements during design reviews and team discussions.
- Stay current with trends and advancements in 3D modelling and architectural visualisation.
