Own relationships with 8–10 clients, maintain delivery trackers, lead weekly check-ins, identify scope and delivery risks, coordinate cross-functional digital marketing teams, review monthly reports, and serve as the first escalation point for client matters. The role requires managing multiple concurrent accounts, independently presenting performance and status information, maintaining organized workflows, and escalating issues proactively. Education-sector client experience and familiarity with digital marketing SOWs or retainers are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Own
day-to-day relationship for an assigned set of 8-10 clients
- Maintain
the daily SOW delivery tracker for assigned clients — deliverable, owner, due
date, status
- Run
weekly client check-ins; flag scope or delivery risk early
- Coordinate
with SEO, Paid Media, Social, Technology, and Content teams to keep delivery on
schedule
- Review
and send the monthly client report under their own name
- Act
as first point of escalation on client matters before Head of Client Servicing
& Delivery
