Handle routine CMS fixes, build landing pages, implement tracking pixels, and support website audits and technical fixes across multiple client sites. The role requires hands-on WordPress experience, familiarity with another CMS, and a basic understanding of site speed and Core Web Vitals.

Manage client and vendor invoices, payments, reimbursements, receivables, payroll inputs, expense records, reconciliations, ledgers, and supporting documentation. Prepare recurring monthly finance MIS covering collections, payables, expenses, and cash flow. Coordinate with account management, administration, and HR teams on billing, payroll, vendor, and documentation requirements while maintaining confidential financial records.

Build and manage journalist and media relationships, secure earned media placements, oversee external PR agency partnerships, develop sector-specific public relations campaigns, and establish media contact databases and outreach processes. The role requires an existing media network and a proven record of obtaining earned coverage. Education-sector public relations experience is preferred.

Build and maintain SOW delivery trackers, consolidate SEO, paid media, social, and technology data into standardized monthly client reports, identify delayed or at-risk deliverables, and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure accurate, consistent client-facing metrics.

Lead AI-generated content production by editing, fact-checking, and aligning output with client-approved data. Translate SEO strategies into content briefs, maintain consistent brand voice across blogs, landing pages, and social copy, and create client-specific source-of-truth documents to prevent factual errors. Requires a portfolio demonstrating original and AI-assisted writing, SEO content knowledge, and strong fact-checking skills. Education or admissions content experience is preferred.

Manage office facilities, housekeeping, and daily administrative operations. Coordinate vendors for supplies, equipment, and repairs; arrange travel bookings and logistics; and collaborate with Finance on invoices and administrative payments. Maintain expense and inventory tracking using MS Excel while managing multiple vendors in an organized, proactive manner.

Build and maintain internal business intelligence dashboards covering revenue, profitability, headcount costs, and team utilization. Support leadership, Finance, and HR with ad hoc analysis and planning insights. Maintain data hygiene and a single source of truth for business metrics, translating raw data into clear recommendations.

Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, resume screening, HR calls, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, feedback tracking, offer support, background verification, and onboarding. Build talent pools for recurring agency roles and maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring reports while ensuring timely communication and discretion with candidate information.

Own relationships with 8–10 clients, maintain delivery trackers, lead weekly check-ins, identify scope and delivery risks, coordinate cross-functional digital marketing teams, review monthly reports, and serve as the first escalation point for client matters. The role requires managing multiple concurrent accounts, independently presenting performance and status information, maintaining organized workflows, and escalating issues proactively. Education-sector client experience and familiarity with digital marketing SOWs or retainers are preferred.

Support the Founder by managing calendars, priorities, meeting preparation, travel, and external scheduling. Track leadership and client-meeting action items through completion, prepare briefing materials and summaries, and triage requests to appropriate department heads. Handle confidential business and client information with discretion while communicating clearly across departments and producing polished presentations under time pressure.
