Maintains books and general ledger entries, records and reconciles transactions in Zoho Books, processes accounts payable and receivable, supports reconciliations and financial closing, prepares basic reports, and assists with Indian statutory compliance and audit documentation.
CCTech is looking for an Accountant to join the Finance team. This role is primarily focused on day-to-day
bookkeeping, and is well suited to someone with hands-on experience using Zoho who is comfortable owning the
books independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date books of accounts and general ledger entries
• Record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions in Zoho Books
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer invoices
• Support bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Help prepare basic financial reports and statements for review by the Finance Manager
• Support GST/TDS documentation and other statutory compliance filings as needed
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation for audits

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Hands-on working knowledge of Zoho (Zoho Books) is required
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and finance fundamentals
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in a fast-paced technology or engineering services company
• Familiarity with Indian statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESIC basics)
