Accounting Supervisor

This position is part of the Finance Shared Service (FSS) organization. The successful candidate will execute specialized tasks independently and support project initiatives, ensuring high-quality and accurate financial outcomes. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of effective accounting systems and processes.

Responsibilities: • Prepare and analyze complex financial reports and statements. • Oversee detailed reconciliation processes. • Lead month-end and year-end close processes. • Implement and improve accounting systems and procedures. • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and present findings. • Ensure compliance with evolving accounting regulations and standards. • Coordinate audit processes and manage audit documentation. • Oversee complex transactions. • Lead special accounting projects and process improvements. Skills: • Complex Financial Reporting: Handling and analyzing intricate financial reports. • System Implementation: Overseeing the implementation of accounting systems. • Compliance Management: Ensuring high compliance standards. • Advanced Analysis: Conducting in-depth financial analysis. • Project Leadership: Leading accounting projects. • Efficiency Improvement: Enhancing accounting processes. • Relationship Management: managing internal customer and auditor relationships.
