How you will make a difference:
- Preparation of financial statements (such as balance sheet, profit & loss and cash flow statement etc,).
- Oversee various accounting functions for clients, including account payable, account receivable, general ledger & bank reconciliation etc.
- Handle month end and year end close process for client, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Handle tax preparation & compliance work for clients. Provide audit supports during client audit and prepare necessary documentation.
- Manage onboarding process for new accounting clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks, NetSuite, Oracle & SAP) and excel.
- Following task need to be handle by the new joinee
What will give you an advantage:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in financial reconciliation, accounting, and compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
