Key Responsibilities:
- General Accounting Activities for USA and India operations
- Bookkeeping for USA using QuickBooks Online
- Maintain combined internal books for both USA and India operations
- Assist with General FP&A tasks as needed
- Coordination with Management for client invoicing for Codebase USA. Coordinate end-to-end client invoicing for US clients (Codebase USA), manage receivables and payment follow-ups, handle TDS compliance (deduction, filing, Form 16/16A), work with GSS on accounting entries and payments, maintain documentation, and support month-end closing and audits.
- 5 - 9 Years of experience Manage Payroll for India
- Handle Invoicing from Codebase India to Codebase USA
- Bookkeeping for India using Zoho Books
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate work status, risks, and issues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing Agile environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team to meet deliverables.
