Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Executive – Administration & Facility Management to support day-to-day administrative and facility operations. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge of electrical systems, AMC coordination, and general maintenance activities. The role requires flexibility for rotational and night shifts, along with readiness for field-level responsibilities and travel, if required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily administrative and facility management activities.

  • Coordinate and monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services.

  • Handle basic electrical and maintenance-related issues.

  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and vendor staff.

  • Maintain asset records and ensure proper upkeep of office infrastructure.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for facility-related requirements.

  • Support audits and compliance requirements, if applicable.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of office utilities and equipment.

  • Be available for rotational and night shifts as per operational needs.

  • Travel to different sites/locations, if required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Administration & Facility Management.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, AMC handling, and general maintenance work.

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.

  • Must be fluent in Marathi (mandatory requirement).

Other Requirements:

  • Open to ground-level operational work.

  • Willing to work in rotational and night shifts.

  • Ready to join immediately.

Preferred Profile:
  • Candidate with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

  • Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
