As an Advertising Account Manager at Taboola, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving successful performance marketing campaigns for Tier 1 brand and agency clients. Based in our Gurgaon office, you’ll manage a dynamic book of business, build long-term strategic relationships, and deliver data-driven solutions that exceed client expectations. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:Minimum 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role within performance marketing, adtech, or digital advertising
Proven track record in account management or direct sales
Strong ad operations experience including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
Ability to lead independent client discussions and collaborate closely with the sales team to onboard and grow advertiser accounts
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance
Excellent presentation and communication skills — fluent in English and Hindi
Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities experience handling a minimum of 10 accounts
Passion for online content and a deep understanding of digital marketing
Experience working cross-functionally across internal teams
Consistent record of exceeding performance goals
Willingness to travel for client meetings
Experience with native advertising platforms
Understanding of the online publisher ecosystem in India
Build and grow long-term relationships with key brand and agency clients
Identify and execute renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities aligned with client KPIs
Use data to generate actionable insights to maximize ROI
Collaborate across internal teams for operational support, troubleshooting, and billing
Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews
Consistently achieve revenue goals
Partner with Sales to onboard and scale strategic accounts
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
