Location
We are looking for an AI-Augmented Web Developer (Agentic AI, React, .NET), based in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid mode of working).
Role Summary
As an AI-Augmented Web Developer (Agentic AI, React, .NET), you'll act as a true "builder" who combines independent React expertise with a passion for AI-assisted engineering, plus a solid understanding of backend environments and cloud ecosystems to deliver seamless full-stack capabilities at speed.
What You Will Do:
- Web Product Development: Independently build, test, and scale responsive web applications and portals supporting Milestone's ecosystem.
- AI-Driven Engineering: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, LLMs) to design, code, test, and deploy features rapidly.
- End-to-End Ownership: Act as a builder, taking full technical ownership of components from initial frontend layout to API and cloud integration.
- Full-Stack Collaboration: Bridge the gap between user interfaces and cloud-backed services, utilizing your backend and AWS knowledge to collaborate efficiently.
- Workflow Innovation: Experiment with new AI workflows to improve code quality, reduce boilerplate, and increase development speed.
What You Bring to the Team:
- The Web Stack: Mid-level proficiency in modern React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and standard front-end web technologies.
- Backend & Cloud Knowledge: Practical understanding of backend development, with experience or familiarity in .NET / C# and AWS being highly beneficial.
- The Builder Mindset: A strong bias for action, capable of taking a task and executing it independently with minimal supervision.
- AI Tooling Fluency: Active use of AI models like Claude and other coding assistants in your daily workflow to accelerate productivity and boost learning.
- Code Quality Focus: The engineering discipline to critically audit, test, and refine AI-generated code for security, clean architecture, and performance.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
