Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Machine Learning (ML)
Good to have skills : Python (Programming Language), Unix Architecture and Design, C++ Programming Language

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the entire application pipeline, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous innovation and optimization of AI-driven systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unix Architecture and Design, Python (Programming Language), C++ Programming Language.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries for model development and deployment.
- Experience in building and optimizing AI pipelines for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world scenarios.
- Ability to work with deep learning techniques including neural networks and image processing algorithms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A BE BTech MTech MCA15 years full time education is required.
