Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Machine Learning (ML)
Good to have skills : Python (Programming Language), Unix Architecture and Design, C++ Programming Language
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the entire application pipeline, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring solutions are production-ready and robust. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business needs and continuous refinement of models and systems are key aspects of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions that meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), C++ Programming Language, Unix Architecture and Design, Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with C++ Programming Language, Unix Architecture and Design, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience with generative AI models and their integration into scalable applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to optimize AI pipelines for performance and reliability across cloud and on-premises infrastructures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A BE BTech MTech MCA15 years full time education is required.
