AI Solutions Consultant
Experience: 1-4 Years
We are looking for technically capable problem solvers with leadership potential who are passionate about AI, technology, data, and solving real-world business challenges.
This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. You will work at the intersection of AI, technology, and business, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to design, build, and deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Analyze business problems and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Perform data analysis and exploratory analysis to derive insights and validate solution hypotheses.
- Build prototypes, workflows, automations, and proof-of-concepts using AI and modern technology platforms.
- Write, modify, and test Python scripts, queries, prompts, or automation logic as required.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Translate business requirements into solution approaches, workflows, and implementation plans.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications.
Technology & Data
- Strong understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, data models, and system integrations.
- Ability to perform exploratory data analysis and interpret data-driven insights.
- Ability to read, understand, and modify Python code.
- Understanding of application architecture and technical workflows.
- Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of RAG, Semantic Search, Embeddings, Vector Databases, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience building prototypes, automations, AI applications, agents, copilots, or technology solutions.
- 1-4 years of experience in technology consulting, analytics, software engineering, AI, data, product, or related technology roles.
- Experience working with Data Science, Data Engineering, ML, or Software Engineering teams.
- Strong ownership mindset, initiative, and leadership potential.
