- Support development teams in utilizing AI code assistant tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code.
- Assist in configuring and resolving issues with development environments and IDEs.
- Contribute to the setup and maintenance of DevOps and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Provide support for MCP integrations and configurations, including tools, extensions, and automation commands.
- Assist in implementing and testing agentic workflows and AI-driven automation processes.
- Offer end-user support, including issue resolution, guidance, and documentation creation.
- Help improve internal processes, onboarding materials, and usage guidelines for efficient team collaboration.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to continuously enhance tooling and development practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI-powered development tools and share knowledge with the team.
Must-Have:
- 5+ yrs of hands-on experience through internships, projects, or previous roles.
- Customer-centric mindset, focused on providing support and enabling teams.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Interest or initial experience with AI-driven software engineering and automation practices.
- Basic understanding of C#, .NET, and SQL Server is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows is an asset.
- Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD concepts is advantageous.
