- Support development teams in leveraging AI code assistant tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code.
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting development environments and IDEs to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to the setup and maintenance of robust DevOps and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Provide expertise in MCP integrations, configurations, and automation commands.
- Assist in implementing and testing agentic workflows and AI-driven automation processes.
- Offer end-user support, including issue resolution, guidance, and comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to continuously improve tooling and development practices.
- Help enhance internal processes, onboarding materials, and usage guidelines for a seamless developer experience.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI code assistants and agentic AI concepts.
- Act as a point of contact for development teams, providing timely and effective support.
Must-Have:
- 5+ yrs of experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git version control workflows is essential.
- Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD concepts is highly valued.
- Interest or initial experience with AI code assistants is a plus.
- Awareness of Agentic AI concepts and their application in software development is desirable.
- Basic understanding of development environments and IDEs is required.
