Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI engineer to join our team in developing and enhancing our cutting-edge AI automation and workflow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software engineering.
Title - Analyst/Consultant/Sr.Consultant
Location: Pune, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement core AI components for our advanced automation platform.
- Develop and optimize and fine-tune custom large language models (LLMs) .
- Create and refine semantic reasoning engines and knowledge graphs.
- Implement continuous learning and optimization systems for AI models.
- Architect efficient and scalable AI pipelines for data processing and model inference
- Develop customizable AI workflow systems and task execution frameworks.
- Design and implement advanced natural language processing and generation capabilities.
- Create robust systems for AI model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
- Implement and enhance agentic AI frameworks for autonomous task completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into the platform.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on large-scale systems
- Extensive experience with LLMs, graph neural networks, and semantic reasoning engines
- Deep understanding of agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, LangFlow)
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in C++/C# for performance-critical components
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) for AI/ML workloads
- Strong background in MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management
- Expertise in designing and implementing custom RAG pipelines.
- Experience with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI workflow orchestration and parallel computing
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) for efficient similarity search
- Strong understanding of data security and ethical AI development practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and fine-tuning custom LLM models.
- Background in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with AGI concepts and cognitive architectures
- Experience with federated learning and privacy-preserving AI techniques
- Knowledge of quantum computing applications in AI
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with GPU acceleration and optimization for AI workloads
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and in-context learning techniques.
- Experience with neural-symbolic AI and neuro-symbolic reasoning
- Knowledge of differentiable programming frameworks (e.g., JAX)
