Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be involved in the development and implementation of various applications to enhance business processes and meet client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Develop and implement custom applications using Appian Process Automation.
- Collaborate with team members to design and build applications that meet business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support in application development.
- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom applications.
- Knowledge of database management and integration.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Appian Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
