Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, ensuring that the project progresses smoothly and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Oracle Cloud applications. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM modules. - Familiarity with integration techniques for cloud applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
