Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve software-related issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system problems. - Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Job Control Language (JCL). - Strong understanding of system architecture and software components. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues. - Knowledge of scripting languages for automation. - Familiarity with ITIL framework for incident management.
