Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely resolutions to any technical challenges they may face, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new software features and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users on software functionalities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Angular.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Willingness to work in shift B (11 to 9 or 12 to 10)
