- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise content management systems.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and integration points related to OpenText Documentum.
- Ability to analyze logs, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
