Summary:
As a Support Engineer, you will provide support on various complex issues raised by end users and try to provide an effective with a satisfactory outcome. Should also work on Change Request and build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable solutions that align with the needs of the organization. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
-Review deliverables and ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and compliance expectations.
-Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues. Also work with different team to build new solutions.
-Mentor team members and guide them.
-Perform release impact assessment of Veeva vault and provide detail report to business.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Hands-on experience with QualityOne Veeva Vault. And
have worked in various features and modules of QualityOne.
- Must have - Veeva Vault configuration experience.
- Should be experienced in Veeva Vault Rest Api and Vault Loader.
-Excellent communication skills for daily sync-ups, reporting, and issue
escalations.
-Familiarity with Veeva Vault SDK and Java/Python.
-Should be able to debug and solve Veeva Vault SDK issues.
-Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues in Veeva Vault and related systems.
-Knowledge on ticketing tools like ServiceNow , HPSM
-Familiarity with Vault metadata models, document types, lifecycles, and object structures.
-A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Veeva Vault QualityOne is expected.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
