Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage with users to gather feedback and understand their needs for system improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting web applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them into applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Willingness to work in shift B (11 to 9 or 12 to 10)
