The Application Support Lead oversees a support team, resolves support tickets, collaborates with teams, and implements automation. Knowledge in Microsoft technologies is essential.
Role · Application Support Lead - Microsoft Relevant Experience · 7 to 10 years in supporting applications developed using Microsoft .NET technology stack of which the last 5 years were spent in leading a Support & Maintenance Team Responsibilities · Build sound understanding of the supported application estate. · Hands-on role. Guide junior team members are required. · Take responsibility for the Team’s performance. · Provide periodic updates to the leadership Team as required. · Resolve Support Tickets in a timely manner. · Ability to work directly with Customer IT / Business Teams as required. · Good analytical skills for effective troubleshooting & problem-solving. · Root Cause Analysis & Problem Management. · Work on Minor Enhancements · Keep documentation current and prepare SOPs for routine tasks. · Collaborate with internal & external teams to provide end-to-end resolution across Application & Infrastructure issues. · Identify and implement automation opportunities. · Work in Shifts, if required.
