You’ll be an integral part of shaping Mindickle’s growth journey, by designing next-gen product offerings that are envisaged as end to solutions to our customer’s most critical business problems. You will be responsible for discovery & definition of these solutions, along with getting customer validation and proof points. You will also be responsible for designing and executing the GTM in close partnership with Product leaders as well as GTM teams.

What’s in it for you?

  • Conduct ongoing deep discovery with Mindtickle’s existing customer base as well as potential future customers across our target verticals and personas. Build an in-depth understanding of their business strategy, key initiatives and metrics, day to day challenges and pain points, so as to identify need gaps and white spaces for Mindtickle
  • Collaborate with Product and Services Leaders across different streams and product lines to design specific solutions either for a specific industry vertical (e.g. Automotive, Healthcare & Medical Devices, Consumer & Retail, Chemicals, etc.) or a specific functional persona (e.g. Head of Sales Enablement, Head of Customer Experience, Head of Commercial Excellence Head, Head of Brand & Product Marketing, etc.)
  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, pre-sales, sales and partnership teams to deliver initial Customer validation with via pilots and early stage paid sign-ups to generate targeted revenue from these solutions and define long term revenue potential
  • Build a continuous feedback loop with deployment, adoption, value delivery and refinement/ upgrades of solutions over their life cycle. On an ongoing basis, prioritize the solutions that merit deeper investments across both Product and GTM and get buy in and alignment
  • Shape the product roadmap to ensure delivery of the prioritized solutions with the right product integrations, user journeys, features and workflows
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders and teams to Scale-up the most successful solutions as leading revenue lines for Mindtickle’s medium to long term growth
  • In addition, also reimagine and repackage already existing Mindtickle offerings and product lines into solutions that can deliver immediate revenue; and also drive adoption of the same

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

  • 3-6 years experience with at least 2 years experience in management consulting and/or a strategy role
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institution
  • Critical thinking skills, sharp problem solving (both analytical and conceptual) to be able to absorb and abstract user priorities and problems into higher order problem statements and solution themes
  • Prior experience with managing senior stakeholders, and building deep relationships in a client or customer facing role
  • Maturity, and capability to interact with and influence across multiple levels of a global matrixed organization
  • Exhibit a strong executive presence demonstrating consistent leadership behaviors and team management skills with the ability to structure, manage, and coordinate multiple complex cross-functional projects.
  • Should be attuned to working in a complex and often unstructured, ambiguous environment with dynamic priorities - to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to executives as well as on ground execution with working teams
  • High degree of ownership, hustle and entrepreneurial spirit to get things done

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a Product or Product Strategy role is a strong advantage
  • Prior experience in the SaaS industry is a strong advantage
  • Prior experience in a late stage startup (Series D/E and beyond) is a strong advantage
