Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing stakeholder's expectations, and working with business users to gather requirements, resolve business rule requirements, and perform joint conceptual data model reviews
• Utilizing a range of existing Big data technologies and data modeling techniques such as star-schema, snowflake, hybrid, and new design techniques optimized for data acquisition, storage and visualization, and evangelizing the data models and techniques
• Managing the balance of current and future needs or user requirements in both design and content
• Resolving semantic discrepancies in data definitions that arise among multiple sources and projects
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Quantitative or related field
• Proven experience in a senior analytical role with a strong track record of managing projects end-to-end
• 4+ years of business analytics work experience
• 4+ years of experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, reporting and analyzing large amounts of data
• 2+ years of experience with Tableau
• 2+ years of experience in Big Data technologies like HADOOP (Hortonworks preferred but open to Cloudera, MapR or even Apache Hadoop), HIVE, MapReduce, Sparks etc. and knowledge of Statistical Techniques, Java/Python/R
• 1+ year of experience with any cloud technology (GCP/Microsoft Azure) and Generative AI capabilities
• 1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)
• Hands-on experience in Big Data technologies like HADOOP (Hortonworks preferred but open to Cloudera, MapR or even Apache Hadoop), HIVE, MapReduce, Sparks, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Databricks etc.
• Experience to Business Intelligence or data analysis reporting
• Experience to Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, SQL Database and Data Models
• Experience of Generative AI capabilities and large language models
• Experience in Tableau & BI platform
• Knowledge of big data/ advanced analytics concepts and algorithms text mining, social listening, recommender systems, predictive modeling, etc.
• Working knowledge of statistics, relational databases, database structures
• Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
• Proven excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
  Ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence decision-making processes
• Proven exposure to tools/platforms Hadoop eco system and DB systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases)
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into data pipelines, reporting tools, and BI dashboards
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, model evaluation, hallucination reduction, and enterprise guardrails
• Knowledge of programming Statistics/Python/R
• Domain knowledge / expertise (Healthcare)
• Proven ability to apply AI for automated insights, conversational BI, and analytics acceleration
