Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and functional specifications and create complex test scenarios and test cases.
- Should be able to walk through the scenarios with key business stakeholder and able to answer any questions for signoff.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium , Java, and Ruby.
- Perform smoke, sanity, and regression testing and end to end testing across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Effectively speak in onshore calls and able to discuss the issues/challenges in the project.
- Insurance domain knowledge would be added advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Ruby).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit).
- 3–5 years of experience in functional testing of web and/or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge on Azure and other AWS environments.
- Experience with JIRA Zephyr and other test management tools.
- Familiarity with integrating automation scripts with (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end testing process.
