Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 4+ years
  •  Strong expertise in US technical hiring
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for IT roles
  • Strong understanding of technical skillsets, roles, and hiring trends
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment compliance processes
  • Strong ability to assess candidate fit and influence hiring decisions
  • Experience in managing hiring managers and aligning expectations effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide talent insights
  • Manage multiple open positions while ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Drive a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Lead offer discussions and negotiations to close positions effectively
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with standards
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure adherence to organizational and client hiring policies and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Any Bachelor’s or master’s degree
