The Opportunity:
Under limited supervision, Responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates as well as onboarding new hires. Identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify potential “fit” through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience. Represent the company at recruiting events. Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.

Localisation : Île MauriceComment vous épanouirez-vous :
  • Recrutement complet : Menez le processus de recrutement en partenariat avec les managers recruteurs et les HR Business Partners pour développer des stratégies de recrutement efficaces.
  • Sourcing de talents : Utilisez divers canaux de sourcing, notamment le sourcing direct, le réseautage, les réseaux sociaux et les recommandations, pour attirer des talents à travers l’Europe.
  • Gestion des candidats : Assurez une expérience candidat positive tout au long du processus. Préqualifiez les candidats, facilitez les échanges de feedback et gérez les propositions d’embauche.
  • Collaboration : Travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de recrutement pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de sourcing efficaces. Maintenez des données précises dans les systèmes ATS et CRM.
  • Veille marché : Réalisez des recherches et développez des rapports d’intelligence marché pour fournir des insights pertinents sur le marché du travail et orienter les stratégies de recrutement.
Profil recherché :
  • Formation : Diplôme d’études secondaires requis ; diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente souhaitée.
  • Expérience : Minimum 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en recrutement interne ou en agence. Une expérience dans le recrutement de profils techniques, ingénierie, sciences de la vie ou logistique est un atout.
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de Microsoft 365, Workday ou autre ATS de grande envergure. Familiarité avec les outils CRM et LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Langues : Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais et du français requise.
