What You'll Bring:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of Data Load processing.
- Must have a basic understanding of the functional aspects of Data Load Application.
- Provide end to end support to members on data upload.
- Provide resolutions to correct any data file issue that may arise from incorrect data or data being provided in incorrect formats by the members.
- Escalating and highlighting any system issues to the IT team and flagging such issue to the CIO/Management/Technical Partners
- Preparing daily/monthly reports with details of the productivity, quality & SLAs and share the same with the Sales team and the management.
- Working with data management to preempt any changes and/or enhancements in the application and could arise from acquisition of new data and/or changes in existing data models and structure.
- Maintaining high standard of quality & achieving high level of productivity.
- Work closely with technical, data quality and sales staff and the data owners from the businesses to ensure good quality data is ingestion in the system.
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Impact You'll Make:
Experience and Skills
- Graduation Degree / Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Analytics/ Governance/ Risks and Control profile or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to render recommendation on process framework based on business requirements.
- Executive presence and assertiveness.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in environment that changes daily based on incoming work.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
- Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
