Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable server-side logic and database structures for FyerX's internal operations and diverse client tech transformations.

Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to ensure seamless, secure communication between front-end interfaces and external third-party services.

Manage, data-model, and optimize both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for maximum throughput, low latency, and reliability.

Collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, refine workflows, and align backend architecture with commercial goals.

Implement strict security protocols, oversee data protection measures, manage CI/CD deployment pipelines, and conduct regular performance tuning to guarantee application stability.
Requirements

3+ years of professional back-end development experience with a proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining secure, high-load server-side systems.

Advanced proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages (such as Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP) and their corresponding frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Spring Boot).

Deep understanding of database architecture, schema design, data modeling, and advanced query optimization across SQL and NoSQL environments.

Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), server management, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
