Architect and design BPM solutions for the Worldcheck system using IBM ODM (must) and IBM BAW (preferred). Define target operating models, business processes, change management, DR/BC plans, and best practices for building workflows and business rules to align with agile delivery and minimize change friction.
Skill Set : 3 days work from office is must Only valid locations : Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Bengaluru Primary (Must have): ODM Developer •8 plus years of relevant Experience is Must •Experience coding in IBM ODM - Must •Experience IBM BAW - is optional and a good to have •Designing a Target Operating Model for the multiple departments involved in the Worldcheck solution •Designing a business process to manage the IBM suite and the processes that will be build •To advise on a change management process for what will be build •To advise on the best methods for designing and building within BAW and ODM to minimize the friction in changes and to place autonomy in the changes at the right level (business, IBM BAW administrator, developer etc) •To advise on the tools and process for building workflows and business rules that are best practice and align with an agile methodology •To advise on Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity when using the IBM suite of tools
